Today I’m so excited to share one of our very favorite family recipe with y’all! I’ve been sharing this for years on my blog, so this may be a repeat for some!
This recipe is one I found shortly after Tristan was born. It’s adapted from a 1997 recipe from Southern Living Magazine, so you know it’s a good one! Shelby’s favorite cake is carrot cake, so this is something we make for his birthday every year, and usually around Thanksgiving or Christmas!
It may seem a little intimidating, but please don’t let that stop you from trying it. It’s SO good!
